Mommy and me Pilates classes now available
An ideal workout for moms and moms-to-be. This fun Mommy and me Pilates class focuses on deep abdominal, lower back and pelvic floor strength. There is an emphasis on stretching for all those achy muscles related to pregnancy. Through taking this class you will improve spinal alignment and help ease the strain of a changing body. This class welcomes an audience of children if you would like to bring them. We do not provide babysitting, but we have allotted a class time on Tuesdays at 1pm where plenty of noise can be made with no concern to others.
